“Had a positive experience with Reitz Roofing. I called them to inspect my roof prior to putting my house on the market. My realtor recommended them because other clients of hers had had positive experiences with them and their rates were good.
I called them and two other roofing companies. They got back to me with an estimate for replacement of the roof within three days. I had wanted them to certify the roof rather than replace it. I emailed and asked why they wrote an estimate for replacement. They responded immediately and explained the damage they found and why the roof could not be repaired or certified.
I contacted my insurance company and filed a claim. They adjuster reported the same information back to me as Reitz. When one of the other roofing companies got back to me (10 days later) they confirmed what Reitz had said as well. So these guys were giving me a straight estimate and they did it quickly and at a better price.
These guys were honest and had better customer service.”

“I recently had my hail-damaged roof replaced by REITZ ROOFING. The foreman, Jim Golden, took the time to advise us on roofing materials and made sure we had the color roofing we wanted. When it was time for the job, Reitz came with a big crew and did the job quickly and efficiently, and were real careful not to leave any mess.
I’m not sure if other roofing companies do this, but when the job was done they sent a quality control guy to make sure the job was done right. He found one torn roof shingle and an area he thought should have more nails, in case we got a really bad wind storm and, in a few days, someone came out to do the additional work.
I didn’t price-shop, but I thought that the price they quoted was fair. In any case, it was less than the insurance company quote. I’d recommend REITZ ROOFING.”

“Reitz installed my roof when we bought our house and the job was done fast, professionally and was very affordable. Through no fault of theirs our swamp cooler began to leak and did a little roof damage.
I called Jim, the manager, and he showed up to my house in under 20 minutes. He quickly diagnosed an issue with the swamp cooler and our whole house humidifier, which was set much too high.
Even though we were out of the warranty period he sent someone over to redo the areas around the swamp cooler and at no charge. If you are looking for a new roof or having a problem I highly recommend using Reitz!”

“Reitz Roofing was not only highly, highly recommended to us by our realtor and house inspectors, but they offered some very reasonable rates.
We have used Reitz Roofing’s services twice. The first time we used them was for a roof inspection, for a house we were under contract for. The roofer found four layers of shingles on the roof that were not visible from the ground. Our house inspector who climbed on the roof missed it too because the layers were purposely very well hidden by flashing.
The second time we used Reitz services was for the home we now own. Our realtor had them do an inspection of the insanely steep roof on our old Victorian house. Fortunately, they found the roof to be in good condition, but the flat roof on the garage was in need of repair.
With little notice, they were able to squeeze us into their schedule when they found out the work needed to be completed prior to us closing on the house. They managed to perform the work quickly and do a good job while they were at it.”
